Good service, price and on-time shipping January 24, 2022 Reviewer: RK from Chelsea, MI United States   Several on-line suppliers still service this part but under different part numbers. After discussing with a Patrick's representative, I felt confident enough to go ahead and order because I liked Patrick's favorable on-line reviews. Patrick's was among the best price suppliers and the agent who handled my call was helpful/knowledgeable. I didn't like having to pay for the attached electrical box that I couldn't use (I had to use the old one from my failing motor assembly) but that is how the full inducer motor is serviced (Patrick's can't help that). The motor assembly was packaged well and arrived when it was supposed to. The retrofit of the old electrical box to the new motor was easy and as described by the Patrick's representative who handled my call before I ordered. The part was installed the day it was received and after a week it is still functioning perfectly. Was this review helpful to you?

Fast shipping VERY well packed!! February 27, 2021 Reviewer: George phillips from Genoa City, WI United States   Gas Hot Water Heater, 7021-10195 Not an exact fit some slight vent modification more so from my model being 20 yrs old. Otherwise perfect and will defiantly do business with Patrick's again very satisfied. Fast delivery in a pandemic! April 11, 2020 Reviewer: Thomas Dugan from East Norriton, PA United States   I called to ask "I have no hot water, will I get this part in 2 days?!?"  Not only did I get it in 2 days but the guy on the phone went out of his way to check and confirm that I wouldn't have to pay for "2 day shipping".  Above and beyond what I expected - he could have just said, "hey, if you want it in 2 days, then PAY for 2 days!" ... plus he promised to ship it out immediately.  So ... New life for A.O. Smith water heater March 14, 2020 Reviewer: John B from Gary, IN United States   Our water heater sounded like a jet engine when the power vent went on, and the motor finally seized up and stopped. Immediately ordered an exact OEM replacement with 2 day shipping. Was delivered fast, I installed the unit and worked great and much quieter. Very happy with the part and service.
